In 2020, Mr Simms began work on our new store design, offering customers an enhanced brand experience in line with the findings from our market research study.

Showcasing our bold new brand identity, the design also features enhanced lighting as well as flexible, modular shelving, display systems with built-in storage and opportunities for customer interaction and engagement.

The new design is currently being piloted and from the franchisee responses we've had so far we expect it to yield increased revenue and traffic, as well as highly positive customer feedback.
